BERLIN, Dec 20 (PRIME) -- Germany will not buy Russian oil in 2023, a spokesperson for the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action told PRIME on Tuesday, commenting on a statement by Transneft CEO Nikolai Tokarev that the company received an order for shipments to Germany.
"Refineries in Leun and Schwedt will not order Russian oil in the new year," the official said, adding that the order was an order for pipeline capacity for oil from Kazakhstan for the Schwedt refinery.
